We had a great day at the senior athletics. Leila Colfer completed a remarkable treble winning the inter girls 100 meters followed but the 200 meters in a new south Leinster school record of 24.5 seconds breaking a six year old record of 24.9. She then helped our inter girls team to win the 4* 100 meter relay with Emily Lawlor Ruby Keogh and Aine Hickey as the four girls powered home to be the fastest school in the south east.

 

Emily Lawlor also won gold today to make it four golds for the school as the powered home in the 80 meter hurdles winning by 10 lengths in a super race.
Reuben McCarthy won silver in the boys 200 meters in a super fast tight race and he also won silver in the 100 meter hurdles just pipped at the line.
We had silver medal for Darragh Corcoran in shot putt
We had bronze medals for Arthur Hearns in the 800 meters Dylan Davies in the pole vault and Darragh Corcoran in the discus.
