Students were given a presentation about the company Caffreys and were shown how chocolate is produced from the cocoa beans.  This company has been in production for more than half a century.  They took part in a Chocolate workshop where each student produced a number of items which they later enjoyed.  This compulsory assignment is part of the LCVP programme.  Needless to say this was a very enjoyable visit.  It was organised by the student themselves.
