On Saturday May 11th at 4.15am some pupils of Tullow Community braved the dark and cold to take part in the Darkness Into Light 5km walk alongside Miss. Gray, Ms. O’ Reilly and Miss. Smyth and over 500 other locals at Rathwood, Tullow. It was an empowering and heartfelt walk. The work of Pieta House is important in bringing light to those living in darkness; such an event brings hope to those struggling with mental health and aids in the plight to remove the stigma attached.
